Warranty first
Our blinds carry a 5- to 10-year warranty depending on the product, and our Somfy motors, 5 years. We check what the warranty covers for your product.
We have the parts
We keep replacement parts for our products. We explain the repair before we do it.

We don't repair other brands' products. A new made-to-measure blind usually costs less than repairing an old one. Text us a photo of the window and its measurements (width × height, in inches), and we'll suggest a replacement.
